Founded in 1976, the Ryukyu Bingata Cooperative is a group dedicated to the preservation and growth of the intangible cultural asset known as "bingata." The Cooperative strives to restore the traditions and techniques related to Ryukyu bingata destroyed by the war, to spread the awareness of its refined artistry, as well as to preserve its culture and quality.

An e-commerce site in collaboration with the licensing arm of Ryukyu Bingata Preservation and Expansion Consortium that provides digital image materials of dress patterns and hand-dyed bingata owned by members of the Consortium. Users may also purchase products that use bingata designs.
Ryukyu Traditional Performing Arts Design Lab
"Ryukyu Traditional Performing Arts Design Lab" was established to contribute to the succession and development of Ryukyu traditional performance art in April 2019. To revive the Ryukyu dynasty's luxury "Utuimuchi" (means hospitality in Okinawa dialect), we are performing high quality Ryukyu traditional art entertainment in Japan. "Ryukyu Bingata Preservation and Expansion Consortium" and "Ryukyu Traditional Performing Arts Design Lab" concluded the Comprehensive Partnership Agreement on February 2020.We actively introduce the charms of the Ryukyu dynasty.
